Natürlich schokiladig

Koawach is a german brand selling chocolate powder with a secret ingredient, Guarana. An effective stimulant seed that contains double the caffeine found in coffee seeds. Always chocolate base, they offer a wide range of different flavors, such as curcuma, caramel sea-salt, vanilla… All are developed from natural ingredients with no sugar and no additives added.

Label redesign

Our client needed a new label design for the ‘Dschungelkakao’ flavor, chocolate powder for kids, the only one with no guarana added. Their previous design was too similar to the other products, so it was not really identifiable, and not very attractive to children.

The idea was to create a fun child-friendly jungle look, as this flavor is called ‘Dschungelkakao’, ‘jungle cocoa’ in English. Through the usage of Colombian and Peruvian wildlife, we connect with the source of the product. It was heavily inspire by natural patterns and fauna that created a visual connection between the cacao origins and their brand.
